Leak on the slideout box
2010 Sprinter 318fls i noticed a wet spot on the corner of the slideout that is furthest away from rv when it is open so i chalked the seams at bottm of the box thought i had it fixed but i noticed...

On all my windws even if they donot open there is like two slots at the bottom of them does anyone knoe what this is for i see no where for water if inside to come out the slots i need to get a few...

That is what i think was happening water was running down the slideout wall outside and on bottom of slide out was getting in somehow causing the floor to be damp i chaulked all that the other day...

Well update
i rechaulked the window because i thought it was comming in there but now i think it might be running down the side of wall and underneath somehow seeping in because i did a water test on roof...

Did not flood to bad because i heard it and shut it off quick then tried again and looked to see where it was leaking it was spraying out the top and i will make sure i winterize it so it does not...

Have a 2010 Sprinter 318 FLS it has a sewer flush on the outside i went and hooked it up and opend the sewer dump and turned water on the problem was the black thing i believe is a backflush vavle?...

2010 Sprinter 318 fls mine does the same i shut propain off for week when i first try and light heater clicks 3 to 4 times then lights and lights everytime after that untill it sits with propain off...

I was pretty sure as long as you dont jump and take it easy on the roof it would be fine to walk on it just was making sure sure be easyier to clean the gutters and stuff

yes mine is in the back too i turn the propain...
yes mine is in the back too i turn the propain off when we are done for the week and only have had this problem when i first turn the propain on once it lights it stays /lit and relights on its own...
