Many showers have a government mandated flow restrictor in between hose and shower head. Just unscrew and look for a washer with a small hole. If it is there, throw it away and enjoy.

If voltage INSIDE the RV with the A/C running is at least 110 VAC, no problem. If it is under that, you may well damage your A/C.
