EDIT: I can FEEL the screw heads, but there is fabric over and around them. I have had one blind replaced at a dealership, and they must have done it without removing the surround....

A friend has just bought a 2007 Montana, not sure on model, and can't get the hot water to run on gas or electric. The unit is not stabilized. Might that have anything to do with it?

Maytag's excellent customer service
So a seal snapped on my Armana oven. I called Maytag, we identified the part number, and it is being Fedexed to me free of charge. Wonderful customer service.
