kitchen fawcett replacement

I need to replace a kitchen fawcett. Does this job require a basin wrench ? Wonder if I can get to the underside of the sink in that it is mounted directly over the water heater unit.

I used the fresh water pump to pump the pink stuff to all faucets and fixtures and even pumped the stuff by hand into the black tank back flush inlet but..... big time brain fart...... did not do the...
