I hate the hinges that we have. I saw some good ones on a Dutchmen trailer that wouldn't let any water through they look similar to the hinge on the emergency exit windows. Also I replaced my compartment seal with a thicker one a little bit tougher to close the door but doesn't leak when closed anymore
