Gen won’t run

Can anyone tell me is there a fuel shut off on my 2023 Keystone 421 Toy hauler.Generator will start If I run line direct from a fuel can , but I cant seem to get any fuel from the fuel tank on the toy hauler to the generator.

Does your trailer only have 1 fuel tank? If so does the pump for fueling toys work?

I also have a 421. Make sure you have gas in the Gen tank and not the tank for fueling toys. When we did our walk through, they told me wrong on the 2 tanks. I filled the one the said was for the Gen and it wouldn't run. I used the fuel pump to mo e some gas and it fired right up.

If there is a shutoff, I have not found it.
