Keystone ladders are junk
I don't know where Keystone gets their outside ladders, but they are junk! My first ladder broke at the point where the brace attatches to the side of the RV. I finally got a new ladder and this one was broke right above the top step. The material is too thin and should be welded at the joints. I realize the RV s need to be light, but lets build thematic little sturdier please. Give us our money's worth Keystone!

I've had problems with my ladder also, it's an Atwood brand and the plastic ends on the rungs crack. I've replaced 3-4 of them. My dealer gave me free ones but the issue could be very unsafe if a rung lets go. if you have the black plastic ends on your ladder it's worth giving them a close look.

At 300 pounds you wouldn't see me going up one either... but if I had one I could send one of my grandkids up there...

Ladders
I carry the little giant type in my toyhauler. Not light in weight but stores easier the the one that hooks to the side of the unit and a hell of a lot stronger.

I didn't get a ladder on my Bullet, but I don't think Keystone wants anyone walking on the roof of the Bullet's and Passports, (even grandchildren). The roof on mine feels like the rubber is glued directly to Styrofoam, with no plywood between. It would leave footprints in the roof.
