Awning lights dont work right

hi,,, hello from walker ,La,, I have a Ketstone Hideout 30`er,, 2014 model my Awinglight want to work when they get ready to,, sometimes only part of them come on ,most of the time, none of them come on,i have checked the wires with 2 different current testers when they wouldn't come on&got no signs of current in them,,,anyone had or is having this problem?
could a switch be bad that located up on the left side as walking in the door?
I did check the fuses &no breakers were were triped.. any help would would work,,, Dixie RV in Hammond La has no one there that can tell me what`s the problem...
