2021 Cougar 30RKDWE Cable driven slide won't fully open

We just purchased a 2021 Keystone Cougar. It's 30 feet long with two slides.
the big slide is 12 feet long and just started to stop about 2/3 in the opening direction but completely closes. I noticed a sag in the drive chain on the wall above the slide and wonder if it could be out of adjustment.
Help.

Welcome to the forum

Cable adjustment would be the first thing I would do.

Manuals anywhere? YouTube?
I hope there’s someplace easier to get to adjust. There’s only 10 inches above slide facia. I’m gonna get my slender son-in-law!

Top facia can be removed.

Since the facia is all just stapled on. I removed it entirely and put it in with small headed trim screws so that it can be installed/removed easily.

I went through this when the motor ripped of the wall. If you are good with tools you can handle it,there is youtube videos on accuslide adjustments. If not its a real pain in the --- Let the shop do it.

On my current trailer, the slide fascia is about 1” from the ceiling and the top of the slide itself is only about 8” from the ceiling.

I had to install a drip pan on the slide motor gearbox, and tidy up the wires that were hanging and dragging on the roof. Like Jay I had to remove the stapled on fascia and reinstalled with trim screws for ease of future access.
