Bumper rating

Just purchased 2014 Passport 2200. Wanting to put bike rack on back bumper. Is there a weight rating or should I consider putting the tire somewhere else.

There is a similar thread already going on the forum and tons of information already here on the forum about bike racks on bumpers. I'd suggest using the forum search feature and type in "bike racks" or "bicycle racks" and browse through the posts/threads.
Briefly, I'd suggest that you seriously consider reinforcing the bumper before adding a bike rack even though you might plan to remove the spare tire.
Check today's posts/threads (Spare tire mounting) for a similar question asked by another member.
