New Barker Tongue Jack...top///head spins when cranking

Just got home with my new power jack installed. Worked fine at dealer. Coected TT to shore power and raised the trailer. Now the head of the power jack spins..lots of torque.. is something simple wrong?

Got it solved..set screws were not tight. Tightened them up...all good!
