Ground Control 3.0 No Worky HELP PLZ

2023 23MLE with Lippert Ground control 3.0
Pulled into site and attempted to level, received a jack error.
Attempting to raise the rig back to hitch height, the control panel shut off and will not power back on. Contacted Lippert, said to check the fuse, but they couldnt tell me where the fuse was located. Any ideas?

**Update**
Found the control board where all the jacks come into 1 place on the ceiling of the pass through storage. It has 4 10amp fuses, 1 for each jack, But don't see any other fuses for the control panel.

If I rember right the control panel plugs into the front controller located on the ceiling of the front storage compartment. There may be a fuse there.

Found that, but I only see 4 30amp fuses, 1 for each leg.
Gonna have to empty the pass through to get in there for a better look.

Before you spend a lot of time chasing down fuses, try this:

That display panel will pop out (might need a small flat blade to get behind it).
Once that display panel is out, you can unplug the connector.

After unplugging, wait a minute or so and plug it back in.
Then see if the display will light up.

This happened to mine once, and unplugging it and plugging it back it allowed it to come back on.

Thanks for the tip.
Unplugged for a minute, reconnected it, no joy.
Will continue to search for a fuse or reset.

Found the fuse tucked back behind the control board. I ohmed it out and it's good. However, once I did that the LCD panel came to life. When I tried to lift the front end to put it back to hitch height, I get an error saying JACK FAULT ALL JACKS, RETRACT ALL JACKS..
I think I have it high enuf to hitch up, but it's late and I'd rather not be that loud guy at the campground.
We'll sleep it off and hitch up in the morning and try to retract everything. That way if I have to depart, at least all jacks will be up instead of down.

ALL jacks have to be extended at least 6” for the “reset” to work. You can use a 5/16” driver socket on the override located on the bottom of the gearbox.

Hey John, I hope you are able to hook the truck back up today and do the all jack retract. I think if I am remembering right when I was labeling everything, that there is a fuse in the giggle box (mines in the very front compartment, with batteries) also that the main board hooks too. I think them fuses reset though, just make sure it is a 50amp I think again. Sorry for all the thinks, haven't had a chance to go back out to mine and look. Good luck and hope you find the issue.

Thanks for all the replies, I was able to get it back on the hitch and rehome the jacks. I moved it a bit to get within 2 inches of level and was able to autolevel it.
Appreciate all the assistance.
Now I have to tear it all down and move 3 inches to the right so I can extend the slide out fully

In the future, if you want to know if there is room for your slides BEFORE you unhook, you can measure the slides and then cut a dowel.

Hold it to the side of the trailer and look for obstructions, when done just store it in the front compartment.

I agree with Chuck on that, I use an old $1 Harbor Freight tape, that I measured each slide with and took a sharpie and mark the tape and put the name of slide on there too. I keep that in my truck door at all times.

Before I unhook, I walk down the side of the trailer with my shoulder touching and the opposite arm outstretched. Gives me a quick guide of clearances.

I use a pool noodle. It doubles as a “safe” tool for my wife to whack me with when I get out of line

Appreciate all the methods to measure slideouts. I usually use my flag pole which has a mark on it, but it wasnt a problem until we "readjusted" after the jack issue.
We ended up packing up and headed back to my daughter's place, not too far away.
The spot was just not gonna work, after all the fun getting it level, the steps were about a foot from hitting the ground at full extention.
They offered me another spot but it was not much better. But I will say they refunded my money for all 4 nights we paid for which was nice, but unexpected considering we were there for over 24 hours.
Safe travels to all this camping season.

We also have a 23MLE and I really think it should have come with a 4 step instead of 3 step. We use a folding step stool everywhere we go and that makes up for it.
Glad you were able to refine the jacks!

Thanks for the tip, I do have one of those, but the problem was the steps were so high off the ground. The legs were over a foot short from hitting the ground. I couldn't get in the camper.
