Carbon 338

I have a 2023 Carbon 338 toy hauler
I have had trouble with generator
Been to shop and they said convertor fuses were blown
I get it home still no generator
My question is
Where is convertor? I have checked every fuse
Took panel out looked behind
Maybe I am just dumb? Can someone help because I am just going to learn to fix my own stuff

Converter might be on floor behind fuse panel. Converter should have nothing to do with generator starting unless your battery is dead. Converter charges battery when connected to shore power.
