Water leaking into 2013 hideout 22rbwe

Hey all. Need some advice and some piece of mind. Last week it rained quite a bit and on Saturday I decided to check my trailer for any signs of water leaking. It's a 2013 hideout 22 rbwe and we've taken it out twice early this month. Just bought in march. My front storage compartment was soaked on the passenger side and not so much on the drivers side. Inside the trailer, the closet at the front passenger side floor is also soaked. This also soaked through the closet and at the corner of bed. This is the same plywood that is at the top of the storage compartment on the passenger side.
I called the dealer to make an appointment but they can't get me in until next week and it is supposed to rain all through to next week. So today I was at my trailer to caulk around the storage compartment frame as there were some visible gaps on the top. The carpet in the storage compartment as well as closet were dry today as I dried it out both Saturday and Sunday. I saw that there were rain clouds on the way so I waited at the trailer to see if the proflex caulking fixed the leak. I started to pour so I went inside the storage compartment with a flashlight and waited. Not even 5 minutes of rain I saw water dripping down from the very front top corner on the passenger side. The carpet was beginning to get wet as well as the wood at the top right corner was showing wetness. I got out and checked inside the closet and the same corner was getting wet.
I went on the roof after the rain died down and checked for any possible way water was to get in and could not find anything around the front cap. The dealer cannot get me in until next week and the forecast is rain every day into next week. Am I going to have mold issues? And what should I be expecting from the dealer repair wise?
At one point when it was raining, if I put my hand on the top angled panel inside the closet I could feel the water hitting that panel.

Also, the wood just inside of the compartment door has separated and the screw heads are all rusty. The wood of the bedside closet was damp at the bottom. I'm assuming this problem has been there since it left keystone. We haven't got this much rain here in Calgary this season until the last couple of weeks so the first two times we went out we were happy with the unit.
What caught my attention was a small box I had on the drivers side was wet on the bottom when I was reorganizing on Saturday. So I took everything out and found that the large piece of cardboard I have on the passenger side where I put my bars, was completely soaked.
Should I be contacting keystone or wait for the results from the dealership?

A reliable and responsible dealer can do much more for you than a phone call to a distant manufacturer. If you have a good relationship with your dealer and if his customer service has been acceptable in the past, I'd give him time to work the problem. There's not much that's more frustrating (from a dealer's perspective) than to spend manhours (costs money) to help a customer and then to find that the customer has "undone" much of your work by calling the factory and giving them a different set of circumstances which caused the factory to put a hold on the workorder "until the descrepancies are resolved", causing him to have to do all that "legwork" all over again.....

There's a lot to be said about the old phrase, "Patience is a virtue" If you have a reasonable relationship with the dealer and trust him enough to take your RV there for service, then give him a chance to do his job.

Win as john stated,give the dealer a chance to figure it out water leaks are not straight forward it may take some time to find it then fix it. plus it is bizzy time at rv dealers. I feel your pain it stinks but wait before you get keystone involved,

Of course I am putting my trust in the dealership. I was only wondering what I should be expecting for a repair. ie. carpet replaced, plywood replaced etc.

I think once the source if found have a talk with your dealer about the carpet and the plywood. the carpet may be fine after it dries out but the wood? that depends. hope that all goes well keep us posted.
