Lippert Tongue Jack, no more spare holes

I decided to turn the control head of our Lippert tongue jack today. What I found when removing the control head is that the front and back untapped holes are no longer there! This is a 2021 model, so sometime not too long ago they stopped drilling the spare holes.
Luckily I have all the necessary tools to complete the task, and the most important one as far as I'm concerned is a set of transfer punches in order to align center. I placed the control head back on the jack and rotated it to the desired offset, then utilizing the proper size transfer punch marked center. I then removed the control head, drilled and tapped one hole, then applied that bolt. Once tested and satisfied, I slid the punch in the opposite hole and marked center. Note that at least one propane tank had to be removed for access and since the threaded rod for the propane tanks bracket didn't want to unscrew from the base, that had to be pushed slightly out of the way to accommodate the drill. During the drill and tap process, I lined the top of the jack tube with folded paper towel and then used a magnet to collect the metal filings after completing each step.
The tailgate can now come down without smashing into the control head and switches. I guess you can call me a Happy Camper.
