New Montana 311RD

We purchased a new Montana 311 Rd fifth wheel last fall first trip out six problems. I’m not going to list all of them a few where fixed by out dealer Bullyan RV who I would never recommend. The main problem now that they didn’t repair is the front door binds on upper corner of door jam and rain gutter on the strike side. Only thing that I can see or do it’s remove door and install correctly before I do was wondering if any one has any other idea. Looks like a pain to remove door
Thanks!

You might get a lot better answers to your questions if you would take pictures so everyone could see what exactly the problem is..

Front door

I was able to get cover loose enough to take a few pictures of my problem. Door is hitting the top of door frame on the strike plate side. The pictures you can see I had to remove the drip rail above the door it was also hitting it. I was thinking maybe if I’m shim the bottom hinge a little it might push the door up enough. Only thing that worries me about trying that is the friction hinges causing damage to the door. I’m not much of a fan of them.
Any thoughts?
Sorry photos seemed to be rotated can’t seem to get them to load any other way
