Electrical Issue

So lets start from the beginning, at the end of the season while pulling the trailer down to the house the plug wire got pinched and severed replaced with another. Now my Brother-in law is taking it down to Vancouver and discovered that none of the interior lights are working on 12v but both slides will operate and the outside flood light works( the trailer is not plugged in to 120v).

when he plugged the trailer in every thing works, he checked all the fuses and breakers they all were OK. if anyone has a thought please feel free to share.

it is a 2010 Keystone C

Some where something got tripped. I would turn off each breaker and back on. Pull every fuse, inspect them, replace any if any question. And locate every GFI, than reset each one. Double check every wall socket/outlet that way you are sure not to miss any GFIs. I once took about 20 mins knowing a GFI was likely tripped before I found it on the outlet near the bench seat. Why was it put there? who knows.

First thing I'd check is the 12V auto reset breaker located next to the battery...

Javi, thats a good idea. When I had one go bad, I never knew, I phoned the company (AF) and a service guy said to check it. What 4 bucks? I got 2 have to have a extra. They do not fail often but, they do fail. Besides whats been said, I would listen to see if the fan is coming on the invertor, if not maybe that fuse went during the short.
