rear window replacment

Hello again my friends ,I had a recall letter for my 2023 cougar 33rli stating they wish to replace the huge rear multi pane window because it does not allow for an additional emergency exit in the living room area. My past experiences with camping world makes me think HELL NO ,they cant be trusted not to screw it up. thats a huge potential for a major water leak. Has any other cougar owners braved this installation?

If the current window is held in place with a “cinch” ring that has screws threw it, the repair should be straight forward.

If you go ahead with it I'd make sure they have all the replacement parts in stock and ready. You don't want it in the shop for an extended period waiting on parts.
If they are ready it should be a one day replacement.
