Bed Room Slide won't Close All the Way

2022 Keystone Fuzion 373

I am having an issue with our Bed Room slide not closing all the way. It closes but there is about 3/4" left when the slide stops. Is there a reset I can do or is this a bigger issue? Thanks

If both sides are in the same and the room is sealing against the wall, then its normal. If not you can try to re home the room.

fully extend or retract the room and keep your finger on the button until ALL NOISE stops. Im going to use the fully extended version for the next steps, if its fully retracted just press the opposite button.

press RETRACT for 3 seconds and let go. Press EXTEND until ALL NOISE stops. repeat 2 more times. then use 5 seconds 3 times. Then full retract room until ALL NOISE stops.

The one quirk to the schwintec slide is it doesnt like to be stopped anywhere in the middle of movement. Try to only fully extend or retract and keep your finger on the button until it stops making noise.

Thank, that did not work. I did notice that one side is coming in a little bit faster than the other. At the last moment it begins to off set from the other side.

You need to find the controller for that slide, and look for any trouble codes. Could very well be a weak motor, they aren’t real difficult to change. The controller is probably in the compartment underneath the slide. Looks like this:

Double check you don't have some small item like a screw somewhere interfering and binding the slide as it bottoms out...just one more thought.
