2012 Bullet 246 RBS Electrical Outlet not working

I have a new Bullet 246 RBS and am several miles from my place of purchase and warranty on construction site and lot of trouble to pull to service location.

I moved last week and notice neither of the outlets beside the stove hood are now working, all others are, called service, told me to check for gfi tripped, none, including the gfi breaker in the control box. Checked with test set, neither outlet works, breaker snaps over like it should, all other outlets have 110 to 115 volts.

Anybody got any ideas

Did the outlets ever work? Even if they did at one time, it wouldn't hurt to pull the outlets off the wall/cabinet with the power off of course. You could have loose wires or some not even connected. In my Cougar (and hopefully all RVs) they did not use twist wire nuts, but used compression type wire nuts so maybe a connection in there is out/loose. These outlets also paralell off one another so a working outlet may be providing the parallel path for the non-working outlets so be sure to check all of your outlets for loose or non-connected wires.

Last but not least, you could have a bad breaker if these outlets are the only thing fed by that breaker. Try figuring out which breakers do what and switch them up if you can find out which one controls the outlet(s) your are talking about. Then again, you could have a loose connection on the breaker too. Make sure you switch like-for-like breakers 15A for 15A and most likely your outlets are (should be anyway) on a 15Amp breaker so those should be the only ones you need to fool around with.

Again, make sure all of your AC power is off when you are messing with the wires and pulling breakers!!
