Question Refer Won't Cool

Help please. I turned my refridgerator on two days ago getting ready for a road trip to the mid-west. The freezer is cooling like a champ but the refridgerator is not cooling. The unit is on gas mode, it's level and the vents are all open. I placed a fan inside to help but it's still sitting at 70 degrees F. I moved the thermaster over to the left by three fins as suggested by the dealer but only seemed to make it warmer. The last time we were out it was hooked up to 115 volt AC and it worked fine. It's a Dometic and came on my 2010 Sprinter so it should not be on recall. Any suggestions are appreciated.

If you switch back to 115 will it work ok then? Here's a troubleshooting guide for Dometic: http://www.eaa1358.com/Passport/Refr...7;20Manual.pdf And here's another URL that addresses this problem: http://www.gasrefrigeration.net/does_not_get_cold.htm There's only one evaperator coil and that's at the freezer if I understand things correctly, so if the freezer is opererating normally then some of that cold air has to have a way to get to the lower part which is the refrigerator, check that no openings are blocked.
