You can view and download a Keystone Owner's Manual from their website:
www.keystonerv.com

Just be aware that the manual is generic and does not contain any specific/detailed information about your particular model. There is no "correct or incorrect one" - they are all the same. Keystone just updates the manual from time-to-time.

Not sure if you received any other manuals but there should have been a package containing the owner's manual along with several others for the various appliances. If you received nothing - then you'll have to either contact the dealership and request that they send you the complete package or be prepared to spend time on the computer downloading and printing all of the manuals.

I agree with you about CW of Chattanooga. When I bought my toyhauler last year, they tried to install a hitch that was rated for 1000 lbs less than the RV weighed empty. They accused me of trying to make a mountain out of a mole hill when I insisted on a hitch rated at least as much as the max weight of the RV. I had other issues with this dealership but don't need to go into detail here. I would never use this dealership unless or until a new management is in place.
