Default For sale 2013 Montana HC 343RL

Bought it with the idea of snowbirding but decided that it wasn't something we want to do. We now want to get a small M/H and pull a small Jeep. The trailer is in absolutely like new condition with no problems at all. We have used it only 4 times and have only towed it for 2800 miles. Asking $53,950 but will look at all reasonable offers. Also selling my truck (2012) 2500 HD Duramax 4x4 with 22K miles. I will sell as a package if anyone is interested.

I'm not in the market for a rig right now (just got one last year and only used a few times so far) but I really like that floorplan! Esp. the amount of counter space and a desk to boot! You don't see very many with a desk from factory.

Hope you find a good home for it.

If the MSRP of your unit was $64,000 then buying new with 30% discount the new price would be $44,800. Brand new!!!
And that would be for a 2014 model.
Sorry but your asking price is high.

I guarantee you will not find one for that price on the west coast. If you do you should buy it. Average Retail for a used 2013 with some of the options on this trailer is $65,835. Low retail is $54,635

The MSRP for a base model 2014 is $66,215. Add the options I have and the MSRP would be $78,500. By the time you add all the dealer cost you will be over 80K. Add the 7 year extended warranty which I also have and you can add another $1500.00. It all starts adding up pretty fast.

I just bought a new 2014 Cougar High Country 321RES trailer and got 30% off of MSRP. I shopped around and received 4 quotes before we bought. 30% off of MSRP is pretty much the standard in the industry.

Ya....I saw those same prices on the east coast. You can't quite do that here on the west coast. Here you will add about $10K to 15K to what you can get one for over there.

Just remember, you didn't post on the west coast. You posted on the Internet.... Viewed by everyone. Reaction is going to be based upon their own experience and market conditions.

You are correct that prices out west are generally higher, but if you shop around you can still find good pricing at select dealers on the west coast. I think the point we are trying to make is that your price is realistic maybe in your market, but not necessarily the best deal out there (if someone is not in your area or is willing to travel to save some money or even have it delivered). Good luck with the sale... I've got my 2011 sitting on craigslist and the market is just soft right now!!!

There is a place up in Oregon that sells discounted.
